You can also dip the rolls in your preferred sauce while you eat it. Mutton rolls are made from pieces of mutton with potato and seasoned with spices. They are served all over the world and have gained a lot of popularity today.

Kottu Roti is a traditional Srilankan dish which was invented around the 1940’s. There are 3 different types of Kottu roti; chicken, mutton, and vegetarian. In this post, I will be talking about Chicken Kottu Roti specifically. Kottu Roti in general was made of a type of flat bread called “Godamba Roti”. This type of bread originated from Malaysia. Kottu Roti is made from Godamba Roti, vegetables, meat, spices. Chicken kottu roti is made up of oil 2 TSP, 1 onion, curry leaves, rampa, garlic; 3 cloves, ginger 1/2 inch, salt 1 TSP, carrot; 100 grams, leeks; 100 grams, 1 egg, pepper; 2 TSP, soy sauce;2 TSP, roti; 2 cups, chicken curry; 1/2 cup.
